When making a booking, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Requested pickup time

  • Passenger requirements

Fares and Payments

  • Waiting time

Cancellations

Waiting Time

Airport pickups may include reasonable waiting time for passenger arrivals, subject to operational requirements.


Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Treat drivers respectfully

  • Follow all applicable laws and safety requirements

  • Wear seatbelts where required by law

  • Avoid behaviour that may endanger the driver, vehicle, or other passengers

  • Avoid causing damage to vehicles

Proline Cabs reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, threatening, or unlawful.


Vehicle Damage and Cleaning

Passengers may be held responsible for costs associated with:

  • Deliberate damage to vehicles

  • Excessive cleaning requirements

  • Property damage caused during transportation

Repair or cleaning charges may be recovered where applicable.


Limitation of Liability

While Proline Cabs strives to provide reliable and punctual transportation services, we cannot guarantee that services will always be free from delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Road closures

  • Weather events

  • Mechanical issues

  • Emergencies

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proline Cabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service delays or interruptions.


Lost Property

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they collect all personal belongings before leaving the vehicle.

If property is left behind, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in its recovery; however, Proline Cabs accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Customers should contact us promptly regarding lost property enquiries.
